Klenk Law is a boutique law firm laser-focused on all aspects of Estate Law. For our Camden County clients, we divide the practice into three complimentary divisions:
Advising our Estate Planning clients includes Will drafting, designating Powers of Attorney, Special Needs Planning, Probate, reducing death taxes and protecting assets and planning for Business Succession. At larger law firms, Estate Law is likely only a small part of their practice. In our practice, estate clients always come first.

Klenk Law is committed to providing the very best legal counsel and estate planning techniques for our Camden County clients.

Certainly! Though same-sex marriage is accepted law, there are still concerns unique to the LGBT community. Historical prejudice and existing hostility both political and familial adds a layer of complication other couples need not address. Please read my article about LGBT Estate Planning.
If you die without a Will, you are “Intestate.” If you have no Estate Plan, then your assets pass under New Jersey’s plan. A Will allows you to craft a plan that reflects your real wishes. The Intestacy Rules do not take your wishes into consideration. For more, read our article that addresses New Jersey Intestacy.
A Camden County Probate Attorney can charge what the court determines a “reasonable fee,” read our article on Probate Attorney Fees.
Unlike neighboring Pennsylvania, the answer can be simple. The New Jersey legislature has enacted a series of statutes detailing an acceptable Camden County executor fee for an average estate when the testator has not specified otherwise. Keep in mind that, for drawn out, or complex estates, an executor may be entitled to greater compensation.” For more information read our article on Executors Fees.
The Trust document often states the Trustee’s fee, which is often “reasonable.” If however, the grantor has failed to specify the compensation, the New Jersey legislature has provided for a statutory fee schedule. However, this does not apply to corporate fiduciaries. For more information, read our article on Camden County Trustee Fees.
In New Jersey, if the principal has not specifically stated the compensation, the agent is not entitled to a fee without the appropriate Court’s approval. For more details, read our article on Agent Fees or Power of Attorney Fees.
New Jersey has adopted the same fee schedule for guardians and trustees. The bifurcated approach that allows a guardian to take a percentage based fee on any income received during the year, and another percentage based on the principal. For more details, read our article about Guardianship Fees.

Like another reviewer, I contacted Peter through his website using the free consultation link, for a question regarding PA inheritance taxes. The question was quite technical and difficult to explain, and the answer was nowhere to be found on the web. Peter grasped precisely what I was asking, and provided a clear, helpful response (with a touch of humor) the very next day.
Peter recently gave a presentation about Wills & Trusts at my employer, and it was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable information to the group. People were very engaged and asked several questions, all of which Peter thoroughly answered. Personally, my husband and I have selected Peter to help us with our estate planning, and he has been very helpful in providing us with all of the information we need to provide a secure future for our family. Thank you, Peter!
I have worked with Peter Klenk & his associates for some time now and I have found them to be ultra-qualified, knowledgeable and diligent about their work. I highly recommend them.
