Mr. Hanes also serves as the Clerk of the Montgomery County Orphans’ Court.

What Happens to Someone's Estate if They Die Without a Will in Montgomery County?

If you die without a Will, you are “Intestate.” If you have no Estate Plan, then your assets pass under Pennsylvania’s plan. A Will allows you to craft a plan that reflects your real wishes.
