The current Register of Wills is Jennifer Holsten Maddaloni, Esquire, whose offices are located in the Government Center, 201 W. Front Street, Media, Pennsylvania. The Register is an elected official whose responsibilities include determine whether the Will being offered for probate should be registered as the last will and testament of the deceased, and whom should be recognized as the estate’s executor or administrator. Ms. Holsten Maddaloni also serves as the Clerk of the Delaware County Orphans’ Court.
