Where Burlington County Probate Takes Place

The Burlington County Surrogate oversees Probate in Burlington County. The New Jersey Constitution established the Surrogate Court as the court in each county responsible for certain duties and functions related to wills, guardianships and matters regarding incapacitated persons. The current Burlington County Surrogate is the Honorable George T. Kotch, whose offices are in the Burlington County Courts Facility, 49 Rancocas Road, Mt. Holly, New Jersey.
