Wills, trusts, probate, inheritance and estate taxes are the sole focus of the Attorneys in the Law Offices of Peter L. Klenk. If you have a question about wills or trusts, an estate to probate or administer or litigation surrounding a will, trust or estate, turn to the lawyers who focuses solely on these matters.
Philadelphia is the home of our main office, but we also have offices in Montgomery County, Bucks County and in Voorhees, New Jersey serving Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties and meet clients by appointment in New York City and the surrounding area. Our lawyers have passed the bar in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Minnesota, New York and Florida. If you have a question about probate, a will, trust, inheritance, estate or other death or litigation surrounding wills, trusts and probate in any of these states or in the surrounding Philadelphia area, we can assist you.
All the attorneys of the Klenk Law Offices have either obtained advanced degrees relating to wills, trusts, death taxes and estate planning, are working towards such a degree or have years of on the job experience focused exclusively on working with wills, trusts and estates and litigating in the Orphan’s Court or in the Surrogate’s Court. After obtaining a law degree (JD), lawyers can continue their education to obtain a Masters in Law (LL.M.). Peter has an LL.M. in taxation from the prestigious New York University Law School. Associate Amanda DiChello has completed her LL.M. in taxation from Villanova University School of Law in December, 2006. These degrees and the years of experience provide the lawyers of the Law Offices of Peter L. Klenk with an in-depth knowledge of death taxes, such as estate tax, inheritance tax, gift tax, generation skipping tax, as well as various estate planning techniques well beyond what is taught in the JD programs.
In addition to advanced degrees, we take pride in our ability to translate the complex world of wills and trusts. We want you to completely understand your will or trust, not to simply provide you with a will to sign. The world of estate planning is a complex mixture of law and taxes. We strive to make this world understandable.
We also realize that you are busy. You, the client, do not have time to sit for hours in our office talking about a will, trust or probate. We strive to work around your schedule by utilizing phone, fax, email and overnight mail. We can accommodate all of your needs without requiring you sit in our waiting room. For those who want a personal meeting about wills, trusts or probate, we have offices conveniently located in Center City Philadelphia, Wynnewood, Washington Crossing, Doylestown, Voorhees, NJ and schedule meetings in New York City. We can also arrange to meet you at your home, business or with your financial professional.
