Amanda K. DiChello Pursuing Second LL.M. Degree in Trial Advocacy

July 9, 2010 – The Law Offices of Peter L. Klenk and Associates is pleased to announce that Amanda K. DiChello, Chair of the Litigation Department, is currently pursuing a second LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from the Temple University School of Law and will graduate in May of 2011. At the forefront of teaching trial advocacy, Temple University Beasley School of Law is ranked in the top three programs for Trial Advocacy in the nation and Temple’s LL.M in Trial Advocacy is the only program of its kind in the country. Ms. DiChello also holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the prestigious Villanova University School of Law Graduate Tax Program and focuses her career and law practice solely in the area of trusts and estates and related litigation. Ms. DiChello has extensive trial experience in the Orphans’ Courts of Pennsylvania and  the Superior and Surrogate Courts of New Jersey. Ms. DiChello represents a wide variety of parties, including, but not limited to, personal representatives, beneficiaries, intestate heirs, trustees, and other interested parties in disputes concerning trust and estate administration, trust and will interpretation, will contests, and claims against probate estates.
