With only days remaining in the Fall Session, it is unclear if the House will act on Senate Bill 1203 of 2007. This omnibus bill proposes legislative fixes to the Pennsylvania Uniform Trust Act and several other PEF Code statutes passed the Senate 50-0 on July 3, 2008. The Estate Planning and Probate related Bill was referred to the House Judiciary Committee, but no word on if a vote will come before lawmakers head home for campaigning season.
